Service Description
Parties representing themselves (pro se) $250/hr ($125 per person). There is a 3-hour minimum, however parties can reserve the whole day 6-hours. There is and additional 1-hour added to each mediation to memorialize the requisite documents, file out court forms and file with the court. If parties require additional time to come to an agreement, time will be billed at $200/hour in 15-minute increments. Payment Payment is due in full later than 2-days prior to the scheduled mediation. Forms of payment accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Zelle (310-487-9682). Cancellation Policy Cancellation of mediation must be made 5-days prior to scheduled mediation or a fee will be charged to he party canceling the mediation and that fee will be due within 24-hours. The cancellation fee will be as follows $400 for 3-hours scheduled/$800 for 6-hours scheduled. Format The mediation will be held remotely via Zoom.
