Business Mediation $200/hr. Our Business Mediation service is here to help resolve conflicts within your company. Whether you're dealing with internal disputes between employers and employees or need assistance finalizing business transactions, mediation is time and cost-effective tool. We specialize in working with small businesses who don't have an HR department, providing reliable guidance and effective solutions. If parties require additional time to come to an agreement, time will be billed at $200/hour in 15-minute increments. Payment Payment is due in full later than 2-days prior to the scheduled mediation. Forms of payment accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Zelle (310-487-9682). Cancellation Policy Cancellation of mediation must be made 5-days prior to scheduled mediation or a fee will be charged to he party canceling the mediation and that fee will be due within 24-hours. The cancellation fee will be as follows $400 for 3-hours scheduled/$800 for 6-hours scheduled. Format The mediation will be held remotely via Zoom.
