3-Hour Pro Se Divorce Mediation

Service Description

Parties representing themselves (pro se) $250/hr ($125 per person). There is a 3-hour minimum, however parties can reserve the whole day 6-hours. There is and additional 1-hour added to each mediation to memorialize the requisite documents and file with the court. If parties require additional time to come to an agreement, time will be billed at $200/hour in 15-minute increments. Payment  Payment is due in full later than 2-days prior to the scheduled mediation. Forms of payment accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Zelle (310-487-9682). ​Cancellation Policy Cancellation of mediation must be made 5-days prior to scheduled mediation or a fee will be charged to he party canceling the mediation and that fee will be due within 24-hours. The cancellation fee will be as follows $400 for 3-hours scheduled/$800 for 6-hours scheduled. ​Format The mediation will be held remotely via Zoom.
